Smart Lift and Mobility Awards 2024 aims to identify and incentivize the stakeholders who are performing exceptionally & delivering the finest quality services in the Design, Adaptation & Implementation of Technology and Management of Elevators and Escalators.

The main objective of this initiative is to raise the bar of Safety, Quality & User-Experience in the industry of Elevators and Escalators in India.

Award Categories

The Award is given to the developer or owner of the building that has the most aesthetically designed elevator lobby and interiors without compromising on the factors related to safe accessibility and safety. The evaluation is based on design elements that include, signages, user interface and ambience. The interior architect is also felicitated.

The elevator vendor with a unique product or feature for the first time in the mobility category. The evaluation is based on the product being installed in a live environment and ready to be evaluated.

The Award is given to the developer or owner of the building that has the most compliance to Harmonised Guidelines without compromising on the factors related safety. The evalutaion is based on design elements that include building and lobby access as well. The interior acrhitect is also felicitated.

Award Categories

The Award is given to the developer or owner of the building that has the best maintained elevator system . The evalutaion is based on the age of the equipment, (over and above 20 years), least call backs and repairs, best house keeping, and well maintained cabin and doors, ride quality. The builder felicitated along with the facility team.

The elevator vendor with a energy efficient system and built using sustainable material. The evaluation is based on the product being installed in a live environment and ready to be evaluated.

The elevator vendor who has restored a 20+ year old equipment by modernising only ,without full replacement and retaining minimum 60% of the original components.

The building owner having the oldest heritage elevator maintained in original condition with least modernisation done. The elevator should be in working condition and under AMC.
(Eligibility Criteria : Elevator should be of 40+years with menial replacements of 20 - 30% and should be in great condition)
