- 1. Nominees are required to create a new registration to submit entries for the Smart Lift & Mobility Awards 2025. The same registration can be used to submit multiple nominations across different categories.
- 2. All the information must be filled out in English.
- 3. The information and documents provided by the applicant must be accurate and valid.
- 4. It is mandatory to submit the documents to validate the information for each question.
- 5. Each document must be within the prescribed file size limit: Documents: 50MB. Files exceeding the limit will not be accepted on the nomination portal.
- 6. Category-wise eligibility criteria and guidelines are mentioned within the application form. Please review them carefully before submitting your entry.
- 7. Ongoing projects are not allowed.
- 8. At the end of the application form, participants are also required to tick the declaration checkbox before submission.
- 9. In case any information provided by the applicant is found to be not true at any stage of this award process, the application will stand disqualified.
