1. The nominees are required to create new registration IDs to enter nominations in the Smart Lift & Mobility Awards 2024. The same registration ID may be used for multiple nominations.
2. All the information must be filled out in English.
3. The information and documents provided by the applicant must be accurate and valid.
4. It is mandatory to submit the documents to validate the information for each question.
5. Upload a signed undertaking that all the information shared in the application and attached documents have been verified by the nominee and are true to their knowledge.
6. The documents must only be submitted in the specified format: PDF for reports and other correspondence documents, RAW format for images. Any electronic document in MS Word or similar format must be converted to PDF format for submission. Documents submitted in any file format or as compressed files (ZIP, RAR, etc.) will not be considered.
7. Each document must be within the prescribed file size limit: Reports and other correspondence documents: 50MB, and images: 20MB. Files exceeding the limit will not be accepted on the nomination portal.
8. The documents which have more than one page must be scanned and submitted as a single file for the corresponding question.
9. In cases where more than one photograph has to be submitted, all photographs must be combined and submitted as a single file.
10. The scanned documents and images must be clear and legible with good resolution.
11. Ongoing projects are not allowed.
12. All self-declarations should be self-attested and on company letterhead with the signature of a statutory body (CEOs/HODs/Directors).
13. In case any information provided by the applicant is found to be not true at any stage of this award process, the application will stand disqualified.
