No, there are no different selection criteria. The overall award process can be viewed on the Selection Process tab on the homepage.

First, check the award eligibility you wish to nominate in the Eligibility Checker tab, it shows the total number of applicable award categories. If the project is found to be eligible, the stakeholder shall log in using valid email credentials. Next, edit the basic information page, it will be followed by the nomination form, fill in the form with concerned details for the selected award category and upload the specified documents for each question. Once the form is completed, it can be previewed, once done, submit the form and you will receive a confirmation mail.

After the nomination period is over, all submitted applications will be evaluated. The evaluation process is elucidated as stated:
Round I (Document Review): Trained officials will validate submitted data and documents to generate a preliminary score.
Round II (Field Assessment): On-site inspection will be conducted for shortlisted projects for validating the findings of Round I.
Round III (Jury Review): A team of sector experts will form a jury to review the results of rounds I & II, and select the final winners.
Each round will be an elimination round.

Yes, one project can be nominated in more than one category, if eligible. Same login credentials can be used for filling up the nomination.

Before the final submission of the application, make sure you upload all specified documents for your response, especially the mandatory documents. You can check the files uploaded by clicking the ‘view file’ option given below the ‘upload document’ option. Applications with insufficient/ outdated/ misleading information will be disqualified.

Make sure you upload the document as per the timeline e.g. Maintenance log of last 6 months mentioned in the questions or with the most updated information to support your responses. Documents should be uploaded in the prescribed format (PDF/JPG/Excel) and in the case of multiple documents, the most recent/updated document should be uploaded or all documents should be merged to form a single PDF file before uploading.
For the selected set of questions, there is a prescribed format. Please ensure data for those particular questions is strictly uploaded in the prescribed format only.

If in case no specific report/document is available to support the response, a self-declaration duly signed by an authorized individual on the company’s letterhead needs to be submitted.

The entire nomination process is conducted online via the nomination portal. Documents submitted via any other means will not be evaluated.

You can edit the uploaded documents and replace them before submitting the application. Once submitted, the application can’t be modified. It is advised to have a thorough preview of the application before submitting the final version.
