1. The awards are project-specific. A company may nominate one or more projects in all eligible categories.
2. All nominees are advised to carefully review the eligibility criteria and nominate their respective projects accordingly. Non-eligible applications will not be considered. Candidates are strongly advised to check the Eligibility Checker on the nomination portal to confirm the eligibility status of their project.
3. No entries sent via email or post will be accepted. The nomination shall only be admitted on the website.
4. All applications must be submitted within the nomination period. Any application submitted after the deadline will not be accepted under any circumstances.
5.Incomplete applications will not be considered.
6. The applicant can save the form in the draft while filling out the form and can later continue to submit the form.
7. All information provided by the applicant must be accurate. Any discrepancies found in the information provided at any stage will lead to a direct disqualification from the selection process.
8. Applications must be accompanied by all required documents. Submission of irrelevant or wrong documents will negatively impact the assessment process and scoring of the nominated project.
9. The results announced at the end of the selection process will be final and binding, and will be subjected to no further deliberation or review. The awards are non-transferable.
